この前の試してガッテンで言ってたでござる
Q:普段ロクに睡眠取れてない人がガッツリ寝た時、起きた時に大きく疲労感を感じるのは何故？
A:感覚が麻痺していて、疲労に気付かなかったのが、しっかり寝た事により機能が正常になった事でようやく疲労を感じるようになった
